Warranty

1. RENTAL PAYMENTS: Customer shall make installment payments to Medien Sdn. Bhd. for the rental of the Equipment, as mutually agreed upon in writing. Customer will own the Equipment after fulfilling all agreed installment payments with no outstanding balance. RENTAL TENURE: The initial rental tenure option is 24 or 36 months, after which the patient’s responsibility for the equipment’s cost ends. 3. PAYMENT STRUCTURE: The customer will be responsible for the full 100%. 4. TERM: The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and continue until all installment payments have been made in full and the Equipment is owned by the Customer. 5. OWNERSHIP: The Equipment shall remain the property of Medien Sdn. Bhd. until all installment payments have been made. Once full ownership is transferred to the Customer, Medien Sdn. Bhd. shall provide a written acknowledgment of the same. The Customer shall not attempt to transfer, assign, or pledge the Equipment as security for any debt or obligation. 6. COMPLIMENTARY: Medien Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to replace or exchange any complimentary items provided with equivalent or similar items during the entirety of the rent-to-own (RTO) program. 7. LIABILITY: Customer shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the Equipment during the rental period. Medien Sdn Bhd. shall have the right to charge the Customer for any repair or replacement costs if the Equipment is damaged due to Customer negligence. 8. DEFAULT: If the Customer fails to make any installment payments on time through monthly auto debit by Medien Sdn. Bhd. assigned payment gateway merchant iPay88 (M) Sdn. Bhd., Medien Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and repossess the Equipment. The Customer shall not be entitled to any refund of previous payments made. 9. REPORTING: The renter participating in this ‘Rent to Own’ agreement agrees that if they fail to make or settle outstanding payments and do not return the device in good order to the company, the company may add their name to credit reporting agencies such as CTOS. 10. PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure timely payments according to the agreed-upon schedule. Report any issues or concerns with the oxygen concentrator to the supplier. Use the oxygen concentrator only for its intended purpose and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
