1.Rentee require to return device at Medien Sdn Bhd branches during end of rental date. Transport charges apply for any pickup request. 2.EQUIPMENT RETURN: Upon the conclusion of the rental agreement, the User is obligated to return the equipment to Medien Sdn Bhd’s designated address in good working order, accounting for ordinary wear and tear. The User is responsible for being aware of the rental’s commencement and expiration dates. Should the User wish to extend the rental period, a notification must be provided to Medien Sdn Bhd at least three business days prior to the original expiration date. Failure to return the equipment by the agreed-upon deadline will result in a penalty payment, calculated every 1 day delay at the double daily rental rate, being charged to the User. 3.Admin charges RM100.00 apply if customer cancel order before delivery. 4.Our rental agreement clearly states that the payment is due on a rental duration basis, regardless of the number of days within a particular rental duration. Therefore, regardless of the start or end date of your occupancy within the rental duration, the full rental duration amount remains applicable.
